for everyone

"A man's balls should be in his scrotum, not in his throat."  --- ME

After a trip to Makati which resulted in my having collected not even an iota of what I am owed and realizing that I'm going to, for the 8th week in a row, subsist for a week longer, I got home to the Senate inquiry on the ZTE-NBN Scandal.  As I got the update on Neri's course of action (or, to be politically correct, course of none-action), I couldn't just help but shake my head and sigh in dismay.  If you haven't done anything wrong, or the people you are going to be asked about haven't done anything wrong, then there's no reason to be cowering, yes, let me repeat that, COWERING behind a damn executive order.  That's all there is to it.

Same goes with those stupid Policemen who supposedly escorted Jun Lozada from the NAIA and took him on a "road trip" to Laguna.  Allegedly, during that "Long Ride Home", Lozada feared for his life.  This was vehemently denied by Mr. Flower Power, Lito Atienza and the rest of the clowns, who claim they (police) were sent as "protection".  Again, it's a case of He Said, He Said.  For all we know, Valleroso and droogies just brought Lozada to Enchanted Kingdom so that they could assure him that the Space Shuttle was already fully repaired.  Thing is, if everyone keeps hiding behind executive orders and lawyers, we'll never know, really.

Well, the Court of Public Opinion awaits.  I am part of that Court and by God, am I getting antsy.  What Gloria's puppets don't realize at this point and what they should realize pretty soon lest they get hammered on the head LITERALLY by the masses, is that the longer they delay the truth from coming out, the more restless the masses get.  Thanks to my not having received any substantial amount of payment since December, I've become someone also deprived of a lot of basic things, sleeping being the most basic of all of them.

Like everyone else who took to the streets during EDSA II (EDSA ng pagbabago, saan kailan kanino!?), I'm very tired and had zero pesos in my wallet before my check cleared this morning.  Joining any of the recently held rallies and soon to come rallies is the last thing I want to do, namely because alot of politicians from the Opposition are also using this for their own ends.  That aside though, I feel that it is our RIGHT, as taxpayers and as people who are hacking it out, to know the TRUTH.  Mr. Neri, if you haven't done anything wrong, then what the fuck are you scared of?  Hasn't it occured to you that by keeping mum on this issue, by hiding behind some slob's paunch belly, you're actually silently enunciating to the public that your loyalty is to certain individuals and not your country.

A Brief Bye the Way, if i may:  I was really entertained when Jinggoy Boy brashly rose to the defense of his father (who he claimed was subtly lambasted by Gordon while questioning Lozada).  Let's get this straight:  I don't like Jinggoy, and don't like Gordon either.  One thing is for sure, though, Gordon is a hell of a lot smarter!  Because Jinngoy's outburst was so emotional, Gordon just whooped his ass verbally.  The man has a point there.  He's never made his dislike for Erap any secret and has practically broadcasted this to creation - more importantly to Erap's face.  It was just so funny to see someone so rapaciously prey on a feebler mind.  But, most of the time, superiority is proven through not stooping to a lower level.

Pres Arroyo rules with an iron fist in a velvet glove. So it's no surprise that her staff's loyalty to her is rock-solid.

Haayy.. Our court needs a new star witness. Someone who can present evidence. Anyone?

Thanks,
Lester

Well, as the demotivator goes, "The best leaders lead by example. When that is not an option, brute intimidation works pretty well, too." (www.despair.com) Really, I hardly think it has anything to do with "loyalty"; their just plain fearful of losing their cabinet positions, seats in congress, and so on.
